When it was late at night in Naples, a sui generis silence fell in the academy of my uncle and teacher Giuseppe Schirone: it is a metropolis that sometimes rests, but certainly does not sleep.
In that silence I sketched the themes of these pieces, escaping from the demanding study of the programs for the Conservatory.
I have had several sources of inspiration, but, if I had to make a dedication, the name I would choose would belong to a very special colleague (whose initials are C and M).
The intent of the work is to offer the interpreter the same phenomenon that I sought during its gradual realization: evasion.
